Promoter

Crown & Bezel Competitions (“the Promoter”) operates all competitions featured on this website.

By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Crown & Bezel, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any entrant or winner.
  • The Promoter may refuse entry or disqualify entrants who do not meet eligibility criteria.

Entry Requirements

Purchase of a ticket is required to enter.

  • Internet access and a valid email address are required.
  • Entrants must create an account on the website.
  • All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the competition. Bulk entries or automated entries are not permitted.

Each competition will clearly state:

  • Ticket price
  • Maximum number of tickets available
  • Maximum number of entries per person

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any entry where payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed.

Qualifying Question

Each competition includes a qualifying question to ensure compliance with UK regulations.

  • Answers are recorded at the time of entry.
  • Entries that do not meet the qualifying criteria may be deemed ineligible.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding qualifying entries is final.

Competition Period

  • Each competition will remain open until all available tickets are sold, unless otherwise stated.
  • Once all tickets are sold, the competition will close automatically.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a competition where necessary.

If a competition is cancelled, entrants will receive a refund of their ticket purchase.

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected via an automated draw system from all qualifying entries.
  • The draw will take place after the competition has closed.
  • The draw process is random and designed to ensure fairness.

The Promoter’s decision is final.

Winner Notification

  • Winners will be announced publicly via Instagram Live.
  • Winners will also be contacted directly using the contact details provided at entry.
  • Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to confirm acceptance.

If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes

  • All prizes are authentic luxury watches.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the prize has been dispatched.

Delivery of Prizes

  • Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the winner after verification.
  • The Promoter may require proof of identity before releasing the prize.
  • Any failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification.

Refunds

  • Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled by the Promoter.
  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect entries.

Publicity

  • Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, including photographs or video content.
  • Winners may decline publicity without affecting their eligibility to receive the prize.
  • The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, surname initial, and county of residence unless the winner objects.

Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who:

  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the competition system
  • Use automated software or multiple accounts
  • Breach these Terms & Conditions

Any prize awarded may be withdrawn in cases of fraud or dishonesty.

Liability

The Promoter is not liable for:

  • Lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures beyond its control
  • Website downtime or interruptions
  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, industrial disputes, or government restrictions.

Data Protection

  • Personal data supplied during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with the Crown & Bezel Privacy Policy.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
