Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases made through Crown & Bezel Competitions.

By purchasing a ticket to enter one of our watch competitions, you agree to the terms set out below.

Ticket Purchases

All competition tickets are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

When you purchase a ticket, you are paying for entry into a live competition. Once the transaction is completed and your entry is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Entries

Crown & Bezel is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect answers to the qualifying question
  • Incorrect personal details submitted at checkout
  • Duplicate entries made in error

Tickets purchased in these circumstances remain non-refundable.

Competition Cancellation

If Crown & Bezel cancels a competition for any reason:

  • All entrants will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed after entry:

  • The corresponding ticket(s) will be void.
  • The entrant will not be eligible to win.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to recover any associated costs.

Technical Issues

In the event of a verified technical error resulting in:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Overcharging
